The father of six children, including four special needs adopted children, George is the passionate, guiding force for the ACE's vision and unique approach to impacting the decision-making of America's youth. Honored as a "Pennsylvania Police Officer of the Year" in 2001, he has spent more than 10 years in public school classrooms conducting student assemblies, parent programs, and educator in-service programs, both locally and nationally.

The father of two teenage daughters and a former Senior VP of Business Operations for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Doug heads up the day-to-day business and marketing operations of the ACE; and consults with George Palombo on organizational strategic issues. He also spent 15 seasons with the Cincinnati Reds in a variety of business positions and has a Masters Degree in Education from Ohio University.
   Charlie Aeschliman
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern Illinois University and former 10-year elite Navy S.E.A.L., Charlie uses his incredible basketball handling skills and high-energy presentations to connect with students. He appeared at both the 2002 and 2003 NCAA Final Fours; and has entertained thousands of fans at NBA and college arenas throughout the country.
 Hollis Conway
A two-time Olympic medalist and U.S. indoor high jump record holder (7' 10.5"), Hollis brings a powerful personal message of perseverance to students. This native of Chicago, IL overcame the many obstacles of being raised in a dysfunctional family to become a ten-time U.S. national champion who was twice ranked as the world's best high jumper.
 Ruben Gonzalez
At the age of 21, Ruben decided he was going to the Winter Olympics in the luge; and four years later he made his Olympic dream come true. Now, this Houston, TX resident and three-time Olympian provides an energetic bi-lingual program that inspires students to think differently; live life with passion; and have the courage to do what it takes to make their dreams come true.
 Dimitri Henderson "Ladi Di"
One of the most electrifying speakers in America, "Ladi Di" is proof positive that a big impact can come in a small package. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, her high-energy, humorous, thought-provoking presentations connect with young people at their level and inspire them to be the best they can be. This petite powerhouse's message will impact students in a powerfully positive way.
 Tom Piotrowski
A former NBA center with the Portland Trailblazers, 7-foot Tom Piotrowski also spent more than 12 years as a teacher in New Jersey classrooms where his Media Studies program garnered national awards for innovative curriculum. His professional sports experience; love of young people; and knowledge of today's media and its influence on students make him an entertaining and insightful presenter to students, parents and educators.
 Randy Thornton "Big Swoll"
An imposing physical presence, Randy is a former NFL player, professional wrestler and bodyguard for rap legend, Master P, who uses feats of strength, rap and straight talk to connect with young people. Raised in the projects of New Orleans, LA, he brings a passionate, high-energy presentation that will have students buzzing for days afterward.
